Diagnostic Consultation (Adults and Children)

This evaluation may be a good fit for you if…

• You have questions about a possible mental health, developmental, or behavioral diagnosis.

• Your symptoms or concerns are relatively straightforward and may not require formal psychological testing.

• You would like diagnostic clarification and professional recommendations for next steps.

• You need an evaluation to help guide treatment or better understand current concerns.

• You are looking for a more focused and affordable alternative to comprehensive psychological testing.

Best for: Focused diagnostic questions that can reasonably be answered through clinical interview, history, record review when available, and clinical judgment.

Formal psychological testing is not included.

Early Childhood Evaluation (Ages 1–3 years)

This evaluation may be a good fit for your child if…

• You have concerns about your child's development, behavior, communication, learning, or social functioning.

• There are questions about autism, ADHD, developmental delays, or other early childhood concerns.

• A pediatrician, preschool, daycare, therapist, or other provider has recommended further evaluation.

• You want to better understand your child's strengths and needs and receive recommendations for supporting their development.

Best for: Young children whose developmental, behavioral, emotional, or social needs would benefit from specialized assessment designed for their age and developmental level.

Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation (Adults & Children age 4 and up)

This evaluation may be a good fit for you if…

• You have longstanding, complex, or overlapping symptoms and want a more complete understanding of what may be contributing to them.

• There are questions about ADHD, autism, mood or anxiety disorders, trauma, personality, learning, executive functioning, or other psychological concerns.

• Previous diagnoses or treatment have not fully explained your difficulties.

• You need objective psychological testing in addition to clinical interview and history.

• You want a detailed understanding of your strengths, challenges, diagnoses, and individualized recommendations.

Best for: Complex diagnostic questions requiring psychological testing and a more comprehensive assessment.

Neurocognitive Evaluation

This evaluation may be a good fit for you if…

• You or a loved one has experienced changes in memory, attention, thinking, language, or other cognitive abilities.

• There are concerns related to dementia or cognitive decline.

• You have a history of traumatic brain injury, neurological illness, or another medical condition that may affect cognitive functioning.

• You or your medical provider would like a detailed picture of cognitive strengths and weaknesses.

• You need recommendations for treatment planning, daily functioning, accommodations, or additional medical follow-up.

Best for: Questions involving the relationship between brain functioning, cognition, behavior, and everyday functioning.

Psychoeducational Consultation

This consultation may be a good fit for you if…

• You or a family member have received a mental health diagnosis and want to better understand what it means.

• You have questions about common treatment options, therapy approaches, or what different mental health professionals do.

• You are unsure what level of care or type of mental health service may be appropriate for your situation.

• You are trying to navigate the mental health system and aren't sure where to start or what to expect.

• You want professional education about a mental health topic without undergoing a formal psychological evaluation.

• You are supporting a loved one with mental health or behavioral concerns and want to better understand available resources and approaches.

Best for: Individuals and families who have questions about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, provider roles, levels of care, or navigating behavioral health services and would benefit from individualized education and guidance from a psychologist.

Psychoeducational consultation is an educational service and does not include psychological testing, psychotherapy, or the establishment of a new diagnosis.

$200 | 60 minutes

Forensic Evaluation (Limited Scope)

This evaluation may be appropriate when…

• An attorney, court, or other authorized party has requested an evaluation related to a specific legal question.

• There are questions regarding competency to stand trial (CST).

• There are questions regarding criminal responsibility / not guilty by reason of insanity (NGRI).

• Psychological assessment, record review, collateral information, or other specialized procedures are necessary to address the referral question.

Best for: Attorneys, courts, and other authorized referral sources seeking a focused forensic psychological opinion.

Fees vary based on case complexity, record volume, testing requirements, collateral contacts, travel, and the scope of the referral.

$1,750–$5,000

*Forensic services are limited to violence risk assessments, competency to stand trial and NGRI/criminal responsibility evaluations. Custody and guardianship evaluations are not currently offered.

Additional Services

Services outside the standard scope of an evaluation may be available for an additional fee, including:

• Extended testing when additional assessment is clinically indicated

• Extensive record review beyond that ordinarily included in the evaluation

• Additional written documentation, such as accommodation letters, disability forms, or other requested documentation

• Court-related services, including testimony, depositions, attorney consultation, and preparation for legal proceedings

Any additional fees will be discussed in advance whenever possible.
