Insurance and Pricing
Services are provided on a self-pay basis. I am not in-network with insurance plans.
Choosing a self-pay model allows for greater flexibility, privacy, and individualized care. Evaluations are not limited by insurance restrictions, allowing for a more comprehensive and clinically appropriate assessment process.
If you wish to seek reimbursement, you may be able to submit documentation to your insurance provider for out-of-network benefits. A detailed receipt (superbill) can be provided upon request. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your specific plan.
Fees are based on the type and complexity of the evaluation. The pricing reflects the comprehensive nature of these evaluations, which include a thorough clinical interview, standardized testing, detailed analysis, and a personalized feedback session with a written report.
Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise discussed.
Diagnostic Consultation (Adults and Children)
A focused clinical interview designed to clarify concerns and provide initial diagnostic impressions and recommendations.

Early Childhood Evaluation (Ages 1–3)
A developmentally informed evaluation focused on early identification of developmental differences, including concerns related to autism or cognitive delays.

Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation
A full psychological evaluation for children (age 4+) and adults, including clinical interview, behavioral observation, and standardized testing as needed. Comprehensive evaluations are designed to provide a thorough and individualized understanding and are not limited to a fixed battery of tests.

Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluation
An in-depth assessment of cognitive functioning, including memory, attention, executive functioning, and related domains.
$2,000
Forensic Evaluation (Limited Scope)
Forensic services, including competency and sanity evaluations, are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
$1,750–$5,000, depending on the nature and complexity of the referral.
